We Offer Hassle-Free Returns!

If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it. We do ask that the items be unused, with original tags and packaging intact, and in original condition, meaning they shouldn’t be broken, tampered with, or show signs of wear.

Once your return reaches us and is inspected, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be made via bank transfer.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the time we receive the return at our end.
Important Note: Returns are not available for international orders. Due to challenges with pickups, reverse shipping, and customs duties, we are currently unable to accept returns from outside India.

Requesting a Refund for COD Orders

If you paid using the Cash on Delivery option, we’ll need your bank details to process your refund. Please share the following information when requesting your return:

  • Account Name

  • Account Number

  • Account Type

  • Bank Name

  • Bank Branch

  • IFSC Code

This ensures we’re able to process your refund without any delay.

Order Cancellations

We get it—sometimes you change your mind. If you’ve placed an order by mistake or simply wish to cancel, please reach out to us immediately.

If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll be happy to cancel it. If you’ve already made a payment, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method—no fuss at all!

Please note: International orders cannot be cancelled once shipped due to logistical and customs constraints.
